Short Story Podcasts
In addition to my ham radio activities, I enjoy listening to and recording short stories. I really enjoy listening to podcasts from old-time radio, like Lux Theatre and Gunsmoke.
For most of my own recorded short stories I get my scripts from P.G. Wodehouse and his stable of comedy characters from Edwardian England. My favorites include Jeeves, Bertie Wooster, Mr. Mulliner, Uncle Fred, and the Oldest Member golf stories.
To learn more about P.G. Wodehouse I recommend this brief note on his writing from the Economist: P.G. Wodehouse, the pitch-perfect chronicler of a world that never existed.
Select from the recordings I have posted from the menu under Podcasts. Or follow the links listed below.
You can also find them and subscribe via Apple iTunes at K5ND’s Short Story Podcasts as well as on Amazon Music.
